Welcome to the Laurel Springs Homeowners Association website. Situated in historic Marietta, Georgia, Laurel Springs is a charming, family focused community consisting of over 150 single-family homes. Elected by members, the Board of Directors manage the Association with the following goals:

Providing regular maintenance of common grounds (pool, tennis courts, lake, etc)
Enhancing the overall value of Laurel Springs
Representing the interest of Laurel Springs homeowners in local government

A Covenant Protected Community

Laurel Springs is a covenant protected community and is subject to the Georgia Property Owners Act of 1994.

Through the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) the Board of Directors for Laurel Springs works to protect homeowner investments and enhance the value of homeowner properties. With frequent property evaluations, the ACC works to ensure that all covenants and regulations for Laurel Springs are observed.

The ACC also provides assistance to homeowners interested in making home improvements through its plan review process. All additions and/or modifications to homes and landscaping must have plans submitted for ACC review and approval. Learn More
