Special Notice to Owners

This shall serve as notice to all Owners of Laurel Springs Association that the Board of Directors has set forth the following new Rules and Regulations that shall take effect September 1, 2013.

Amenity Access

Prior to issuing any key for access to Laurel Springs amenities (pool or tennis), Owners shall provide the names and ages of all individuals that are authorized to use amenity facilities on behalf of Owner.  This includes all family members and/or tenants.

Pet Regulations

New pet regulations apply to all Owners, tenants, and guests of Laurel Springs.  Click here for more information.

Rental Property Regulations

For the purposes of covenant enforcement and communication, all Owners of rental property shall provide a complete list of names of all tenants and of all vehicles that are authorized to and/or will reside at property.  Click here for more information.

Lot Evaluations

Agents for Laurel Springs will be conducting lot evaluations for each property.  All lots will be evaluated for adherence to design standards related to homes and landscaping.  Lots found to be in non-compliance will be given the opportunity to provide a detailed written plan of action to resolve all discrepancies.  Failure to comply will result in daily fine assessments of $25 per day.  Click here for more information.
